Spring Solitude

I found these cute little butterfly stickers from the local Scrap shop they are just sooo cute. I have Versa marked the Soft Sky cs. With the River Rock that was done using the wheel in River Rock ink. The main picture was done by using first inking up the image with Soft sky and then gently with the Chocalate Chip, and the stem done with Green Galore, and then the background of image gently dabbed with Soft Sky.

I have embossed the black swirls and the the Pomegranate flowers and there is a little diamonte above the I in Cherish.

And the ladybug just finishes it off.

For this card I have used Groovy Guava, and the Brocade Backgrounds DP.

Stamps are Barque Motifs, which I have stamped cut out and popped up using dimentionals.

I have found this stamp set to one of my favs, it is so versitile.

A New Little Someone

I have actually had this stamp set for awhile now and have finally gotton around to stamping with it, YEAH!!!

I have used the new and very pretty DP Berry Bliss and Close to Cocoa, Pretty in Pink colored him in and stitched around each edge of the DP in pink and brown.

I have punched a circle scallop punch and using the Occassional Greetings stamped the saying for you and circle punched that out and raised that up using dimentional tape. And also stamped Happy Mothers Day up the top.

Motorbike for my hubbie

My hubbie has a motorbike which I think he loves more than me sometimes.

It's his birthday tomorrow so I have found this motorbike stamp by Stamp-It.

How cool.

I have used the Boho Background stamp on the real red and Circle of Friendship for the circle sentiment.

Time Well Spent Cone

Cone Of Flowers

I decided to do something different then a card today, or instead of just sitting here and browsing the internet as you do on your day off. Yes it took me all day. Stamping, colouring, cutting, more colouring, cutting, and even more cutting.

I used Perfect Plum CS for the cone and then using the Delicate Design wheel over the CS in Whisper White and the using the Time Well Spent (Hostess Stamp Set) then arrange them onto scewers and stuck them into Florist Foam and decorated them with some ribbon, I have also used the Scallop punch and the Sweet On You stamp set for the front design.

This set is so pretty,

I cased this arrangement of a friend of mine,

who had cased it from SCS.

Loved the colours (they are my favourite colour combo) and

it goes so well in my craft room. Alot of coloring and cutting out in this one it took awhile. But the end result is worth it.

Family Box

I have made this box using the Simply Scrappin Kit At Home. First I painted it using Making Memories paint, then covered it with pattern paper and decorated it using the stickers which come with the kit. Very quick and easy to make. Also I have make a scallop edge with Cranberry Crisp CS using my carl trimmer with the scallop blade.

Hi Ladies from the Sunny Stampers, just sharing with everyone what we did on the weekend. It was such a lovely day. Making cards, lunch and not having to work YEAH!!!

Little treat Basket

I saw this little basket on a web site and thought how cute is that. So easy to make all you need is a 6x6 piece of card stock, score that a 2'' and 4'' both ways and then fold, cut a strip of coordinating CS at 1''x8'' and then put the strap in between the inside piece and the two outside pieces and then staple together.
